Finance Manager

About the Role

Our Finance function sits at the center of how Connections allocates its time and resources. We’re looking for a Finance Manager with sharp financial instincts, high attention to detail, and the drive to take on a large scope quickly. You'll drive core FP&A execution—including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, executive reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis—while partnering with the VP, Finance to modernize the finance function through AI, automation, and scalable processes that improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP, Finance, with direct exposure to senior and executive leadership and daily partnership across Revenue Cycle, Operations, Clinical Leadership, People (HR), IT, and Business Intelligence. This is an entrepreneurial finance role in a growing organization, best suited for someone who is comfortable building structure, improving processes, and operating with urgency in an environment that is still scaling. Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed financial and operational models that support the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range financial plan.
